We are so excited for the upcoming La Petite French Market at Rosewood! Please read carefully and save this page for reference.

1. A Note for Today

Thank you so much for your understanding and grace as I navigate this project. Our landscapers come Friday afternoon to clean everything up. My husband will be finishing the roof of the greenhouse and our shutters on Friday so bear with us. We have both been working 14+ hour days and are doing our best to create a lovely environment.

5. Setup Times – Please Read Carefully

Friday: 12:00–6:00 PM (Do not arrive early—the gate will be locked- my granddaughters cotillion is this evening so I may leave a bit before 6p)

Saturday: 9:00–10:00 AM (No entry before 9:00 AM—the gate will be locked)

Everyone must be off the property by 6:00 PM each day.  We appreciate your understanding as we need time to vcare for the animals & homestead. Your items may stay secured on the property, but please place all items off the ground if possible to avoid any racoon, fox, feral cat, etc interference.

7. Layout, Wi-Fi, and Loading Info

Will be posted here on Wednesday, April 23rd.

Vendors located in the back should plan to arrive earlier, and those closer to the street can load in later.( this is not necessary- just makes things easier)  Vendor parking and guest parking details will be included.

8. TENT & DISPLAY REMINDERS

• Please bring proper weights for your tent.

• Preferred tent colors: white, black, or tan.

I have tents for : J&R, Italian Food therapy & Beeyond Snacks, La Tarte, Makayla

 ( if you asked for a tent- please let me know- I'm tapped out but can ask around) 

• You are responsible for setup, tables, and displays.

• Dan will not be available this year, so please bring help if you need assistance setting up.

We do accept walk-ups the day of the event, and we always appreciate volunteers at the gate!

11. Giveaway & VIP Bags

I’ll be posting a giveaway today! If you’d like to contribute an item or add something to the VIP bags (approx. 25), please text me Tuesday through Thursday.

12. Extra Free Passes

If you’d like additional free passes, please text me Tuesday through Thursday so I can get those ready for you.

13. Vendor Fees

If you have not yet paid your vendor fee, please do so as soon as possible. Thank you!

14. Day-of Messages

Please do not text me at all on the day of the market. I will be running the entire event across multiple stations and fully focused on Rosewood operations. Please keep in mind I do all of this with one part time assistant( from making all my products, keeping all my hotel clients stocked, to organizing this entire event) so I appreciate your grace.

Also, please make sure your guests know:

Rosewood is open to the public this weekend only. This is a special event and a rare opportunity to explore Rosewood- as your hostess, I'd love to meet every single person who visits.

15. Market Location & Hours

• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Note: These times are listed on the product ticket pages.

Ticket holders will receive directions and a map on Wednesday.

16. Pre-Orders

If we collected pre-orders on your behalf, you’ll receive them Wednesday. I will Venmo or Zelle you the total amount owed.

17. About Rosewood

Rosewood is a Private Members Association. We create signature scents for our members ( individual and corporate). We use euro certified organic essential oils, phthalate and paraben ingredients, our goats milk is grade A ( uncommon for local goat milk products providers) . We are open to the visiting public April 26-27. We welcome new Members and will have a special offer for those that join us during French Market.  This event is hosted by  the Persyn family every year to raise money for local charities.
